The staffing plan we have developed to manage and operate is based upon our extensive experience in managing residential properties. It is, however, a preliminary plan, as our knowledge of the level of activity at the property is limited. Ultimately, our plan will seek to balance the relationship between effective, efficient operations and financial responsibility to our client.
Your Property Manager, will oversee all service personnel and vendors and will use their many years of experience to anticipate areas of concern, as well as providing problem solving leadership on a daily basis. He/she will be responsible for all aspects of the successful management and operation of this property on a day-to-day basis.
Fundamental to our management approach is the belief that one person must be the "captain of the ship". The Property Manager is this person, the individual who is intimately familiar with all phases of the day-to-day operations, and the person a resident knows will give them a fast and complete answer and solve their problems.
Once we have had the opportunity to take a closer look at the property, we will finalize our staffing plan.
